Limited edition lino print of Stargazy Pie.
A Cornish recipe said to be born out of famine in the village of Mousehole. One winter the village of Mousehole was cut off due to the storms and food was scarce. It is said Tom Bowcock bravely went to sea on his boat and came back to harbour with plenty of fish. The fish went into a pie to feed the village and Stargazy pie was born.

Absolutely lovely. It caught my eye on one of those ‘other posts that might interest you’ on Instagram, and it did. Thank goodness for algorithms. A beautiful piece of art, meaningful for us. Dispatched with message and free gift - thank you so much, very much appreciated. A very fair price too, which doesn’t make it prohibitively expensive after the cost of framing.
